Visitor Centre
The World Heritage Visitor Centre Regensburg introduces visitors of all ages to the attractions, services, and unique history of the town. Modern media installations and interactive displays provide delightful insights into Regensburg’s heritage and spark curiosity to explore the World Heritage City!

Exhibition
The exhibition space is found on two floors in the Salt Warehouse. The permanent exhibit is on the first floor and contains an interactive array of media installations and displays. The ground floor has room for travelling exhibits and for group activities.

Free tours through the exhibition
We guide you for free in German and English through our World Heritage Exhibition. Group as well as single tours are available. You are welcome to pre-register for a tour as well.

Location and Opening Hours
The World Heritage Visitor Centre Regensburg is centrally located at the head of the Stone Bridge on the southern bank of the Danube River. Housed in the historic Salt Warehouse, the centre welcomes visitors year-round.
